Life-Coaching
Life-coaching and counselling can help you to be more connected to who you want to be. Amongst other things, I have experience working with
Personal goals
Relationships
Suicidal ideation
Addiction
Anger issues
Childhood trauma
Grief
Family conflict
Depression
Parenting struggles
Transgenerational trauma
Parental estrangement
Neurodiversity
In all coaching and therapeutic work, I aim to connect deeply and fluidly so as to allow for your own emergence. Often, our job together is to find the connections beneath unhelpful coping strategies and viewpoints, doing cognitive, emotional, and body-centred work while allowing the brain and system to rewire. While we are all embedded in multigenerational and historic realities, one-to-one work can reach beyond the personal arenas to create wider change.

We can work with both coaching and counselling tools, always aiming to support you to be your best self. Life-coaching tends to focus on a set of processes in order to expand your awareness and agency. Counselling utilises the therapeutic relationship to support you to unfold and integrate. Separately and together, they are powerful tools that can be helpful at certain times in our lives.
